I qualify each client at our first meeting or Nutritional Consultation and determine their level of fitness through thorough questioning of their previous life style history. I then design a diet and training program to meet his or her goals and expectations.

This diet will start immediately and training will commence the next time we meet. Training intensity will start gradually and will increase in small increments as the client's level of fitness increases. Any past or present injuries will be taken into consideration and addressed as we progress. Modification of the diet and training regimen will be done as the client progresses to higher levels of fitness. Results can be recognized within 1-2 weeks.
