SST can be employed upon the request of the client. A combination of weight training, core training and ply metrics will be used to obtain the level of fitness needed to excel in the sport in which he or she is involved. Goal setting is also used to keep the client's focus and insure excellence. With SST the client will be much more equipped and confident than he or she has ever been and surpasses their previous level of competition in leaps and bounds.
