Rehabilitation

Weight Training is a great way to aid in rehabilitation when healing from a previous accident or injury. It insures speedy recovery by obtaining strength and flexibility of the injured area. Through proper diet and training the client will meet or sometimes even exceed their previous abilities. This also depends on the severity of the injury.

Examples of rehabilitation cases in which I have had firsthand experience:

  • Torn ACL's (Anterior Crustate Ligament)
